We are still doing well. Need some cheap PS3 off ebay with broke drive we dont need anyhow.

I got my Q6600 clocked up %25 and running on water. leaving it folding this weekend and see how it does.

A good tip is to go rund to all your friends a family and ask to use the net. then ask for a beer or cup of tea(thats important). And then install FAh with this team and your same name. then when they reutrn tell them you found a cool screen saver.. hehe.. It might work.

Heh...my girlfriend was running it for me on one of her computers but complains "it's overheating the computer"

So my pace is going to be dropping off a little...

Awesome.. I have the 4 processors now runnings at 3ghz each on it. just checked and it ran up 7k in a couple of days..

Mine is the same on the "old" P3 machine, about 25 min for one frame (1475/2500).

Guys its getting lonely at the top

The PS3 knocks out a frame in 0.0662 seconds! Every work unit consists of 400,000 frames!

Do you think we can break into the top 1000 by Christmas?

They gave me a huge work unit on July 22. My machine is churning at 445,000 out of 500,000 steps. The work unit is called Protein: p1429_POLYQ BETA-STRAND.

With this load, I've fallen from 8th to 12th position.

My current Work Unit requires between 25 min to 60 minutes per frame. Today it's done up to 1625/2500. 07 September is the expected date to finish this work unit.

Daym They are some huge units. I turned on the Quad 6600 last week an it's done like 12000 points since then.

it really eats 'em up.

I believe the team broke the 1400 mark this morning.

I would take this oppurtunity to ask recent new members to consider joining the team (see post #1 of this thread). It is a worthwhile cause and it doesn't affect computer function. One can put several machines using the same username (don't forget the team no.) Thank you for your support.

Need help: every time when my PC finishes a WU it shuts down. After that it runs up again, but that´s not what I need.

change the setting from "pause after unit complete". right click on the icon in the little icon (unless you are using advanced version).
