September 2008 SLKWorld EURO-Meeting - Open Invitation -

Hey All,

As some of you might already know, my wife and I are planning
a two weeks trip to Italy-France-Switzerland-Germany in September.

Therefore, we thought we might address this post to fellow members
located conveniently (or even not so conveniently, but still willing)
to set up a

September 2008 SLKWorld EURO-Meeting,

in the Swiss North (Zürich-Basel area),
or in the German South (Freiburg-München area).

The way we worked out the first sketch of our trip, it looks like
we will be in the Montreux-Geneva-Freiburg area on the weekend
19-20-21 September.

Any ideas are most welcome, locations and dates are still flexible,
and we will be more than happy to meet with any of you during
our trip.

Let us know what you think!

Good luck with the meeting I myself would like to join but me and the family have already scheduled our vacation this year from France to Spain, hopefully I'd like to be in Munich sometime but my schedule is packed as I have to get back in 29th of August to Kuwait for working obligations. I plan to visit Bavaria sometimes soon in the winter, as I've really missed it for not going there 4.5 years now.

That is a brilliant idea!

Unfortunately I have a motorcycle meeting in the south of France that weekend... :-(

Keep me posted of your plans and I will try and free some time in the week before or after.

My B-day is the 19th. I may have to tell the wife I want a München road trip as a present. Although the last time we were down there it cost my insurance co. $5200 ($5700 minus my ded.)

I should be in the myst of a job change then, but I'll keep it on the front burner!
