I have always been wondering about one brief electronic sound coming from the dashboard. It is a software sound, not mechanical. I am sure that it is a normal functional sound, not like something's broken. It happens only once when you accelerate for the first time after the car is started (probably, between 2nd and 3rd gear). It is a brief clink coming from the center of the dash, lasts no more than a second.

However, there is one thing that really bugging me the whole time. I don't have the Bi-Xenon headlamps. I had come to dealers and asked them whether I can upgrade my headlamps, but unfortunately it will cost me more than $3000k. That's ridiculous. The actual lighting package is only around 1000k.

I really love the appearance mainly. I even want it just without the active curve illumination, I love the LED turning signal. That's all I love. I do not say that my car is not cool enough with simply the halogen lamps, but there is just something really important that is missing.

Is it possible to upgrade my lights to Bi-xenon? Even without the active curve illumination is fine. Can you guys tell me the price. I am living in San Jose by the way.

I tested multiple items which led me to the turn signal... I am a new member, but I recently purchased a SLK320 with the right turn signal not working. I tested multiple items which led me to the turn signal stalk. I wasn't 100% sure that was the problem and I didn't want to spend $200 on a new stalk if I didn't need one, so I did a little testing.
Here is an easy way to test to see if you need a new stalk.
