PIR run

Don't know if this is the right place for this but here goes
Last Sat. a mixed group of us went to the Phoenix International Raceway
sponsored by the Xfire group we belong to. We thought it was just going to be a tour of the place but we were surprised they let groups of four run the track behind the pace car max speed was 70 MPH but it was fun.
Then the pace car took 3 passengers at a time and got up to higher speeds. But because Jo couldn't get in the pace car he took us around for 2 laps and we did go faster maybe 90 MPH. Got some pic's but my Fotki site got lost in the move. Will try later to get it back up.
Cars were Stang GT/CS, Tiburon, SL550,2 or 3 SRT6's, some modified Xfire's and some stock Xfire's.
It was great fun and all had a good time.

Sounds like fun for the Xfire crew, I assume the No Cal group.

No we're in AZ now so it was an Xfire group from here combined with the Roadrunner club also.
