yep, I remember when I first brought it home, my neighbor came over and praise it. He asked if it was 100K, I said no, so he went up from there, I told him he was going the wrong way. He was surprised at the cost and said it looks much more than it actually is.

In Malaysia or Thailand a normal SLK 200 costs around 120K USD.
SLK 350 around 150K USD.
Not to mention a full spec SLK 55 AMG will cost the hell of us.
I envy those who can get one at much lower price in other countries.

Close enough, around $180K for the coupe. Can't go wrong with Aston Martin, beautiful looking cars.

DB9 is a gentlemens car, such a gorgeous car. I've got the opportunity to drive a sports package equipped DB9 coupe, it sounded good but I dont feel like paying around 180,000usd for a car that looks close to a Jaguar and isnt even faster than the one I've got unless its a Vanquish S.

I get people thinking its 100G car all the time. And like said before, Im the only one with it, besides the occasional passer by. There are 2 in the towns on each side (one in each town) and i have talked to them, but they rarely drive it.

I don't think theres any SLR in Australia.

I asked the dealer if there was any SLR in Australia and they said something along the lines of SLR is not allowed in Australia something to do with road regulation.

145k usd for a 55 AMG in Australia, with that money I can get a Aston Martin V8 Vantage, 997 turbo , m6 and many other cars over here.
