I presume you can vouch for its effectiveness then? In Europe I have to almost pay double price to get the kit.... Is it good with black colours??? And most important, is it easy and quick to apply???? I would rather drive than polish...

I believe the Zaino finish is the best I've ever seen on any car. My cars are light colored, but my son's car is a deep red. That's where the Zaino really shines (no pun intended). The Zaino treatment shows depth to the finish that is especially noticeable on dark colors.

As for ease of application, the initial treatment involves removing old wax with a dish detergent wash, clay bar of the finish, Zaino wash and dry, and finally application of the Zaino polish. Put aside 3-4 hours for this initial treatment. That's the only time it is really time consuming to apply.

Subsequent treatments are the same as any other car wash or car polish. You might even find that applying Zaino polish is easier than some others because it requires no heavy duty buffing. You just wipe it on (a very thin coat), wait 30 mins., then lightly wipe it off with a cotton towel.

Before you decide, go to this site and click on Application Tips. This site has great info, but I don't think you can order from them in Europe. If you decide to purchase, go to the Zaino Store to order.

I know this sounds like a sales pitch, but I don't work for them at all. I just love the stuff.

If it's black or any dark colored car including red, then Zaino is even more astonishing. Easier than most wax to buff off, minimal to no elbow grease needed.

The first application make take some time, because of the clay treatment. Afterwards, they're easy. Usually 30ml of either the Z2 Pro or Z5 Pro will cover the R171, including the wheels.

gmabli summed it up perfectly! After the initial treatment it's easier to use than other products I've tried (and I've tried a LOT *L*), and the shine just gets deeper and deeper with each application. Here are some shots of my previous car with multiple coats of Zaino...

Thanks for all your input. Unfortunately I cannot order this stuff straight from the US.. There is this guy http://www.advancedcarproducts.com/products.asp?cat=11

but his prices are over-inflated....

84.70 dollars for the Zaino Total Protection Show Car Kit in zaino online store and the equivalent of 207 USD (using xe com currency conversion) if I buy it from this guy in Europe...........His ultimate kit is even more of a ripoff.....

I suggest the US gentlemen of the board set up a side business on delivering zaino products in Europe...

I refuse to be ripped off as a matter of principle.....If you happen to know of any stores in the US that ship to Europe, please inform us!!

You may want to email ira@lazaino.com (from lazaino.com) to see if he is willing to ship overseas as he does ship the towels internationally.

I admire every ones efforts. No shiney cars at my house. I keep them clean but just don't have the time for the that type of activity.

I just checked Zainostore.com. This was in their website for European customers:

All European customers:
Dr. Alexander Terzic
Viper-Lifestyle
Föhrenstrasse 13
97688 Bad Kissingen
Germany
+49 971 61817
http://www.viper-lifestyle.de
Email: info@viper-lifestyle.de

I didn't check out the prices though at the German website. I hope this helps.

It sure is.

Hmmm.... Ierax, I was wondering, if you're interested, you may want to check if Zainostore.com will drop ship it to me and I will ship the stuff overseas. No charge on labor just the cost of shipping. You can take your pick: US postal service (parcel post), UPS or FedEx. Simply PM me if you're interested. Anyway, 15 days until delivery.

The best deal is either the Total Protection Show car kit for USD $84.70, or the Ultimate Protection Show Car Kit for USD $116.95.

I got the PM ierax and sent a reply. Email me directly (if you so wish) and I'll try to mail the Zaino Ultimate Protection Kit to you hopefully within a short time just as the car is being delivered.

Default Perma Plate

I had Perma Plate put on my car when I bought it but I have noticed some wind swirl marks(black ext). How does the Zanio work when you have perma plate on the car? Will the clay take it all off, and then did I throw my money away. I love the pics I saw and want my car to look as good.
thx
