Yes, I've used them for 6 different cars. Not cheap but a good match unless your paint has sun faded. Ironically I just ordered a batch to use on my SLK. Should see it in a week.
The painsticks didn't work too well. I now get a spray, can as it goes on thinner. I can spray a small amount into the cap and use a tiny brush. Leave room for the clear coat as well.

Any suggestions on how to apply a paint stick? Got a large scratch through the paint on the side of the hood facing the windshield from the dealer when they were inspecting the wiper alignment. They ordered a MB paint stick.

I would insist that if the dealer made the scratch, then the dealer should repair the scratch! A paint stick will not do the best job. It will look like a scar afterwards.

Funny, that's the exact reason why I started this thread. I have a scratch in the same location, it's just under the edge the hood on the side facing the windshield, which is from someone having taken and pulled up the wiper previous to my ownership of the car.

Paint sticks are not the best, I agree with the other poster.

Interesting... I just found a small scratch in the same position as you mentioned. Most likely it's caused by pulling the wiper up on a daily basis to clean the windshield.

I wonder whether all of our cars are having scratch at the same location!

Just checked the manual and found there's a warning only to pull the wipers up when they're in vertical position... Too bad... I should have RTFM...

I suppose we are supposed to hand out xeroxed copies of that warning to
every carwash employee along the line
