| My car went in for the iPod kit and place my luggage net (I didn't have the right screws to do it myself)... and I also asked to check the alignment... I had "stumbled" on a series of huge potholes in a curve. They charged me to take a wheel off the car and again charged, for putting it back on again !!! Apparently, it's more expensive to bolt the wheel on than to bolt it off... That joke added almost €50 to the invoice. Result: a +/- €460 invoice Oh... and to do that they kept my car there for two days... P.S.: Thanks to their policies, there are here 3 customers who will avoid them... My father, my sister and myself Last edited by FPF422; 02-13-2007 at 02:09 PM. |

| Absolutely ridiculous. Glad I don't deal with that type of service!
