| I have considered upgrading my brakes to the slk350 vented discs at front.(mine is an SLK280) will they be a direct swap? or will i need new calipers,carriers etc etc? |

| It should be a direct swap, but you might want to change the calipers as well, they look much better than the ones on the SLK280, the only problem I see is it might not cleared the 16" wheels but since you have aftermarket 19"s, that should not be a problem. DanSLK should be able to give you a better answer.

| looking at that pic there ynot i realise the calipers are 4 pot, not suer what the 280's are but i think it would def be worth it. much nicer looking and obvioulsy work better. |

| Hi, As Ynot says prob a caliper change is probably a good idea here. Apart from that i really don't see any difficulty here mate it should be a direct swap for you. Hope this helps and any more questions just ask. Dan

| DROOL!!!!!!!!!! i want those AMG brakes,but are very pricey unfortunately. If i had moer free cash i would definately buy them. Thanks for the help guys , think im going to go searching for a written off 350 or 55AMG in Europe.great website for finding prts in uk is www.findapart.com for anyone who is interested. |
