| i know for sure on the S55 and the E500 there is a button located above the command unit on the center console that turns the function off...so i assume the SLK should have one as well it would most likely be below the command/audio unit... |

| Its already been answered but you do have an off button and it shuts its self off automatically once your moving above a crawl. The only time you might want to shut it off is if your driving near roadworks or similar building works since the pneumatic drills and hammers send PT crazy.
