AMG Bucket Seats

Dan,

Do you know if the AMG Bucket Seats used in the Black Series are available to put the SLK?

At some point, I would like to be able to have the 6 point harness, and would prefer the AMG over Recaro or similar brand.

I thought I saw that you have mentioned that you have modded your SLK quite a bit for the track (rumor?). What are you using to keep your body glued into the seat?

In case you are wondering, this came from the PCA at Motor Sports Ranch (MS

where I regularly track my car. The guy had the video pulled for insurance purposes, but I understand the car flipped a few times.

I'm still using the standard seats mate, i did think about swapping them out but since i use the car on the road and the bucket seats are not too comfortable i decided against it.

Its not very easy to swap between them quickly because the airbag system needs reconfiguring each time and you have to replace all the expensive seat bolts so if you make the change you kinda have to live with it.

You can get the seats from AMG but only via the Performance Studio in Germany.
