Default Headlight Adjustment

Hi Dan, Can you advise how to adjust the dip pattern of the headlights (standard units) for continental driving. The handbook says this can be done, which would be preferable to using the 'beam deflecter stickers.'

Cheers, ShortShift

Hi Dan, Yes for continental driving. The owners manual (page 196 driving abroad) says the dipped beam pattern can be adjusted from assymmetrical (in the UK dipping to the left) to symmetrical, which i presume is a straight ahead / neutral type of pattern, which is suitable for driving on the opposite side of the road. Any help you can offer would be appreciated. Cheers.

OK mate best thing just pop it into the dealer they will do it for free its a pain in the ass to get it done very tight fit.

Let them scratch themselves to pieces instead of you.

Won't need an appointment its not so much time intensive as painful
