Default Need help with trans elec plug replacement

I managed to get the dreaded transmission plug adapter\electrical connector leak. I have the eletrical part disconnected but am wondering how to get the adapter out. Seems like it's stuck in there pretty good. Didn't want to go too crazy and snap something by accident. Is there a trick to getting it out? Thanks, Steve

Yeah sorry mate will do its just i wanted to make sure he checked his messages because thats how i sent the info.

The electrical connector is easy enough to remove its easy to see what to do visually for that part.

The connector that is then left connected to the transmission has a bolt in it you remove that and then pull the thing out making sure you are prepared for the transmission fluid that follows.

And check the transmission oil level afterward to make sure you have not lost any real amount of fluid top it up if need be but do it before using the car again.
