Could someone please sent me some good close-up photos of the original AMG grill fins that are fitted on the SLK55? If the photos could show the fins in real size, that'll be ideal! The reason I want them is to try and make my own and since there is no chance of finding even a single one (even broken!) I'll try from a photograph! Thank you.

much easier to just buy them as they aren't that expensive. Try Piecha, they do sets for reasonable money. Get in touch with Noregret4Life off the site. He will do you a deal.

aznevoviii:Thanks, that really helps! I had the impression that they are fitted in rows of holes and not in between the holes! N4PWJ: I've been thinking about that myself, BUT: first of all none of the aftermarket ones have even the same shape as the AMG and secondly the cost, even for the non-AMG ones, is still too high considering what you buy! I mean, common, its only 6 small pieces of plastic!!!!! Besides, If I'll manage to "copy" the originals, maybe I'll able to make more and supply other people at a more reasonable cost!

Thank you too FishtailnZ! Something more: from what appears, all six fins are identical, right? Can someone bother to give me their dimensions? (Sorry, for being such a pain!) Thanks again.
