| You should listen to the C63 AMG, I think that and the G55K AMG are the loudest stock cars to be produced by AMG following the CLK63 BS AMG and the CLK DTM AMG coupe and cabriolet.

| Yea, (insert swear words here )I was at a dealership and a C63 AMG owner pulled up, let's just say it was loud and he wasn't even over-revving it, just normal driving. Quite a note... It's still like an oversized bus though. I wonder how the SL65 AMG sounds? |

| Slightly muted compared to the SL55.

| It just needs a seat of headers for the C63 to sound even impressive, removing the resonator makes it sound raspy by judging a video which an mbworld member posted.

| Ditto it build to a V12 wail that makes a noise similar to the sound your spine would make if you could hear it tingle.

| We know that an SL with the V-12 is in our future but not for the sound I'm just got a bug that I want one before my age prohibits me. Have heard both 63 and 65 AMGs and they both have a distinct sound the 12 seems to purr more than rumble. The resonators that stay in the garage have made the Cruzer a little louder we can't hear them unless in a tunnel but friends that we have passed in the over 100 mph say that it is a muted rolling thunder sound. The V-12 will have to be CPO car and is still 4 years down the road. Think I got off topic.
