Default Water spots and moisture

The spots are near the border between the lens and the hood. (I have something similar but haven't had the chance to talk to the service department. I'm not sure about having the headlamp assembly replaced.)

I do not recall what was wrong with the right rearview mirror, clear blinker lens -- it may be moisture on the inside part of the clear lens. This happened to me too and I had it replaced on the 2nd day after delivery.
