It was rainy both days in Zermatt, so we didn't take the mountain trains, just the one from Brig to Zermatt. Which was the only time we actually saw the Matterhorn. We didn't go to Grindelwald, but did go to Interlaken and Lauterbrunnen nearby. Beautiful.
You drop the car at an E.H. Harms office (in our case Frankfurt) and then they ship the car and eventually (I am guessing 6 to 7 weeks) it is redelivered to you at your local dealership. I will let you know when it actually shows up. (There are about a dozen spots that you can drop the car at no charge to ship it home, London, Paris, several spots in Germany, a couple in Holland and Denmark, there is a charge for drops in Italy and some other spots). |
