Default Get a two ply sidewall if you drive on bad roads

I damaged my front tire when the car had only less than fifty mile's on it.
Those were the OEM P Zero's.
When I purchase any front tire's I usually look for two side wall's and a high load *XL tire.
A high load tire is a stiffer side wall, Less prone to fracturing side walls.
I like my tires sticky, So I try to get two hundred or lower on the tread wear.
I only use Bridgestone/ Potenza, Toyo/ Nitto, Yokohama/ Advan.
Many tire companies have different name's, But are the same tires.
As per Tire Rack, I can use 235 in the front, And 255 in the rear.
Has any one tried this on there V8's ?

BTW I live in NYC, And driving like I am avoiding land mine's here is a daily routine.
I have at least eight sets of damages wheels in the garage.
