On the passenger seat, make sure the seat belt buckle rests on TOP of the seat and not around to the side. There is definitely a rattle there if the buckle isn't right.

As for our rattle, I wonder if it is the air scarf fan shifting on its shaft as suggested earlier when it is running, but maybe it shifts more than just when it is running.
