Our dog usually sleeps on the floor once the car starts moving, or sits in one of our laps and looks out the window.
She's not that big.
My boyfriend will be meeting me in Cleveland, so will be driving alone in our SLK with Noodle (the dog) from NY. I keep our SUV in Cleveland for my business, so if we find that it's too difficult to go in the SLK, we can always switch it with the bigger car.
