IMO , this is nothing special...the concept has actually been around for a few years and uses They essentially use "water glass" or silcone silicates.
The registered trademark is, IMO, a gimmick and there are many products on the market that are, IMO, superior to "Water Glass" in both durabilty and looks. (The paint "breathing" is kind of a funny thought)
Chemical Guys makes WET MIRROR FINISH ULTRA SLICK NON-STICK GLOSS MAGNIFIER which is similar. There are other companies that have also use "water glass".
You can do a search on the auto detailing sites and get many opinions of this stuff.
