Car will be garage kept, and if it starts to hail while I'm out, even if I have to leave work to move her she will be parked in an indoor garage or something. As for tornadoes, we actually don't see many of them here. I've been here 8 years now and have yet to have one come close to where I live, not to say it couldn't happen. Full coverage insurance is *some* peace of mind as far as that goes

Actually the single BIGGEST problem we have down here as far as risk to your car is vandalism. For some reason the total butt surfers in this town like to go out and key really nice cars for no reason other than because it's a nice car. I had 4 different panels keyed on a car I had a few years back, and it was just a $20,000 coupe! Had I cought the guy he would have been eating pavement.
I just pray that my "something gets damaged within the first 6 months when I'm not even in the car" curse is lifted when I pick up the SLK. Vandalism sucks.
