IIRC, jbanks15 used the Green Air Filters in his 2009 SLK 55 (so I presume it is the same for the 55 as earlier model years). I don't know what the air filter box is like on the facelift 300 and 350. Perhaps other members may post a photo and comment.
Another way is to check/look for the OEM air filter number in the facelift model. If it uses the same air filter part no. as the prior year models, then Green Air Filter #2247 should fit. Pre-facelift R171 uses a pair of Green Air Filters.
