The dealer I purchased the vehicle from is in Salisbury (2.5 hours away from me) so can I go to my local MB dealership instead as it has the 12 months 'used car' guarantee?
I've already e-mailed them four days ago to complain that the alloys were scuffed and the seatbelts, carpet and leather interior had nicotine stains on them (previous owner was a smoker), and none of this was mentioned to me by the sales manager when I enquired about possible vehicle damage.
No reply from them yet, but I've asked for this to be rectified because otherwise the vehicle isn't as it's description. |
