All of the above! :-) Fortunately for me, it's living in the states - my job has just changed, so I'll spend half my time stateside, and the other half in London. Part of my "convincing" the wife I was going to get the SLK was the fact that I'd be getting it for "half price" given the US to GBP exchange rate.
Seriously, though, I've driven LHD in the UK before, and RHD in Europe. You are supposed to put a sticker in the rear window indicating if you are driving a "wrong" side of the road car in both cases. Personally I didn't find it any better or worse - it's just "odd" feeling. The biggest problem I always have is switching shifting hands - I can't tell you the number of times I've reached to shift and ended up grabbing the door! :P
