When I buy a new car (or even a truck) I always write it into the contract that there will be NO dealer's logo placed on the car. This has always worked, except that at times I get my temporary license plate in a frame with the dealer's name on it. No problem, as the frame goes in the trash along with the temporary plate when I get my regular plate.
Here, I'm a bit surprised that Daimler AG would allow a dealer to place lettering on a Mercedes that would indicate that it was of a model type that Mercedes does not make. |
