sick, what is the specific violation on the citation? is it 22350, 22348(a), 23103, etc? knowing what the allegation is certainly would dictate how one proceeds. if the citation was written by a chippie he/she can (likely) just visually estimate your speed and have it stand in court without radar/laser confirmation.
bottom line is that that was just way too fast for a public roadway and you were lucky not to crash and hurt yourself and/or anybody else. |
