Get a MB car cover. Usually can be ordered through a third party.
Avoid tree's if possible. We have grackles here in Texas and for some reason they are a direct descendents of dinosaurs (don't know why, but assume because they are idiots). Tend to pick certain cars and leave deposits which eat your paint.
