Please note my posts above about the Windrestrictor vs. the OEM unit. Again, my wife is short (5'2") and cannot see well to the back of the car with the OEM unit, due to it having a black plastic area near the bottom and up the sides. I'm 5'9" tall, and the OEM unit actually gives me a bit of trouble. My concern about the OEM unit is safety, not price.

I did not, however, notice that holes had to be drilled to install the Windrestrictor, and this would be a negative for me. Windrestrictor, do holes have to be drilled?
