300 pounds is around what I've paid for,however I've added the Ipod kit at the same time.

I must say its worth it, as its a manufacturers part you can always get them to fix it if it was not working correctly and you will still benefit for having your warranty to be intact.

Go for it, you will like it but I am not sure how many days it will take your service dept to install as mine did it in 3 days.
