I've sent e-mails to Service advisor and told him to forward it up the chain of command, listed myself on the Mercedes Benz news letter and sent the editor a note.
If enough of us get this in front of enough faces at MB on their computer monitors, maybe someone there can see the bad rap MB is getting and work to solve this problem!
If I tell 2 people tell about how MB solved this problem and stands behind their product, and those 2 people tell 2 people and those 4 people tell 2 people and so on and so on.......
OR...Just the same, those 2 people could tell 2 people about how MB Screws customers with problem cars...and so on and so on......
So you can see how it WOULD benefit MB to solve this issue.
