Both sizes are reasonable.
RacerCub I'm sorry you are surfing on a small screen or low resolution. The sizes set were based on the fact that 90% of the members here surf at 1024x768 or higher resolutions and any images smaller are like looking at thumbnails. I surf at 1680x1050. So instead of trying to get every one to conform to your screen size or resolution maybe you should get a larger laptop screen (I know you like the small, light and compact laptops). This ranks right up there with the member that wanted me to remove the google ads because he had his ad blocker was causing slkworld pages to load slow.

My laptop is the standard 1024 x 768 which is now becoming the small end. My desktop is 1600 x 1200. I think the picture on your profile, Bill, is great on both screens. Dan's too. They are not too small on my larger one.
However, the big pictures also take their toll in repetitiveness. Sure the wheel one was interesting the first couple times I saw it, then it just became something I had to keep scrolling past.
As far as singling someone out, that was an example. Do you want me to do screen captures of more then 5 to put up? I just used those two pictures as they were the handy ones.
I am not asking for any programming to be removed, or needed revenue for the site stopped. I just requested that people be kind and consider people with smaller displays.
