Hi and welcome. Congratulations on the arrival of the new SLK 55. Sorry to hear of your difficulties with the shifting paddles. NEVER heard of anyone with any problems in this area. Hopefully your dealer will get resolved, quickly. SmartTop module is almost a must have. Regarding Bluetooth, get the factory system. It's fully integrated and much better than aftermarket. Several have completed the install for around the cost of parts, approximately $1500. I have the factory system on my SLK 55, and I put a aftermarket Parrot Bluetooth system on my wife's.
