The e36 M3 was one of the funniest cars to drive on the road and track, the e46 feels heavy, never drove hard on that car, assume it's just as good, it's an M car, I've always been a fan but wanted something different in the SLK, no regrets, but do want to get back in one in the future, unfortunately, far future it seems, as I can't stand the boring interior which I will spend most of my time in.
