I am saying the weight, I know not all are forged the same way. From what I've seen most HRE, iForged, DCR's, DPE's, forgedline, etc, are 23-25lbs for 19x8.5 and 26-27lbs for 19x9.5s. They are advertised as light

20lbs for 19 would be considered ultralight, and closer to 30lbs for 19"s would be consider heavy.

17lbs would cost an arm and a leg

14lbs per wheel, just give them your bank account number and let them take whatever they like.
