Actually my SLK55 isnt black black , as it shifts to a moody dark brown with little golden sparkles at sunlight.
Heat isnt a major issue to me even if I dont park my car in the shade, the solution is to lower the windows slightly and put a windscreen to reflect the sunlight. Before leaving to home, I would wait 3 minutes until the hot air leaves the car. |
I have never seen the mocha black in real life. Let's face it, those cheesy little paint chips in the back of the brochures do nothing to represent ANY of the colors as they actually look on the cars. I wish Mercedes-Benz would do like Cadillac and get the big chunks of colors at the dealers so you can really get a feel for the color.
I never have to wait three minutes as I find the the AC's super high turn on mode helps gets things going down faster. I just wish they offered A/C'd seats. I hate leather, especially when you're wearing a suit.
