Default Question for those with Bluetooth Phone Install

I just recently had the dealer install the MHI Bluetooth puck. It seems to be working well, but I have found one oddity. When I turn off the car and exit, the power to the puck remains on for 1 to 2 minutes (I haven't actually formally timed it yet). In fact if I leave the arm rest consule open I can look through the window of the locked car and see the blue power lights on the Bluetooth puck. As a result my phone remains connected to the puck. If I am unlucky enough to have a call come through at that time, I can answer it from the phone, but the caller can not hear me nor can I hear the caller. Eventually the power to the puck is cut off and the phone will function normally. This issue is mainly problematic when I park the car in my house garage and go inside. I am still in range of the puck and therefore the phone remains connected until the power to the puck is cut. Has anyone else noticed this issue. I can not understand why the power is not cut once the ignition key is removed. Did my dealer install it correctly? I would appreciate if anyone with bluetooth could confirm whether they have the same issue.
