My late 05 SLK does not allow for me to change more than one gear at a time and neither does the 06 SL, will have to have another read of the docs i am sure they say it was removed even before the 05 run was finished. |
Sorry, let me clarify.
If I'm driving in 6th gear and want to downshift to say 3rd gear, I can either:
1) Press the lever left for a couple seconds, the car will downshift directly into the most aggressive gear for that speed
2) Tap left, downshift to 5th, once 5th is engaged, repeat process until I get to 3rd gear.
