Mate not quite sure whats going on there but i can assure you the pre-wire option only includes wiring not hardware, wiring that is not included on a standard harness.
You brought the completer kit that connects to the pre installed harnesses.
If you would not mind PM'ing me your VIN i can run it past the computer and see what it says, its not saved and is erased as soon as EPC closes.
