Doesn't sound likely unless he has a SC/TC on that thing, which is very likely as alot of S2000's are going that route. The S2000 and the SLK350 is evenly matched, a driver's race, but with add weight, one extra person, and at 80mph and up, stock vs stock, you should win. I would not feel too bad, doubt if it's NA.

I've driven the S2K on several occassions, and it doesn't feel fast, probably due to the low torque, especially at 5200 feet and up, it screams but doesn't feel like it goes, unlike my SLK, it feels really fast. I envy people that live in sea level, I remember driven my cousin's minivan and I thought it was superfast, cars breathe much easier at lower elevation.
