It could be done mate yeah thats not a problem.
You would need to build a bracket for it yourself and maybe use some good adhesive to bond it to the tank carrier because all the brackets behind there are full up and its all magnesium so i would not recommend drilling more holes.
The changer has to be in the correct orientation so would need to install it next to the nav processor or somewhere it can sit on its belly like it is now.
You could then close the MOST loop in the glovebox and create an opening after the navi and insert the changer into the loop there, the +12 GND and Wake lines need to be extended into the trunk from the glovebox if you can use a soldering iron then the easiest thing to do would be cut the 3 wires solder on new cable lengths and then solder the connector back on the end of the new wire because i am unaware of any extension adapter for the harness to simply plug in.
It can be done if your handy with tools and it would need the SDS to recode the MOST to the new loop config but thats a 5 minute job at most.
