Zymol claims the same and I use it on all my cars. But come to think of it, what "nutrients" would a paint possibly need? Paint is dead and is not a living organism. That's got to be some Beverly Hills Auto Spa shop talk marketing crap. My John Deere hasn't been washed in 10 years and it still looks new.
