OK logically this is probably going to be related to the work on the module so check back all the connections, look inside the unit check the new joints are all OK and not causing any shorts and that all fuses look good.
You could try a battery cycle to see if that fixes it but i doubt its that nothing that needs resetting should cause things like that to happen.
If you verify everything you worked on is OK then it could have been an electrical spike that has damaged something int hat case its best get the car to the dealer and they can pop it on the diagnostic even if the codes they get done make sense they will normally point out a bad module or two.
