Dan and Etyu, Your support is very much appreciated, and one of the many reasons why I enjoy this all-SLK forum. I probably won't be bringing the car in until sometime in late September, after I return from vacation. I was at the dealer's yesterday with the 2003 E 320, but since I wasn't driving the
