I just hate the way they seem to strip every ounce of profit they can regardless of any kind of reputation or passenger health, safety or comfort.
an old grudge I have with them is airmiles, they don't credit for cross atlantic so i'm down 60k miles before we start. the latest thing there doing is striping the stuff you can take. I don't care about carry on for long haul as long as I can fit my PSP and some chocolate in a bag I'm happy. But they have always allowed 2X32kg check in. from feb thats down to 1x23kg. there great terminology for this amazing customer benifit is new simpler baggauge policy.. it's sure a lot simpler, why let us take any bags at all? and then if you don't know about this change and i'm sure most people travelling after feb wont they'll charge you 120 quid(200$) per bag extra. For them 10% of the aircraft weight saved(fuel).. quicker loading and or less loaders required. personally I hope the Dirty gits go bankrupt ASAP and make way for Brandson.. Anyhow my bitch is over, I'll go book my seat in between the overweight texans guy and the women with the two babies. |
I agree entirely with you ! I was also very upset by the news. its just another way to to rip off customers.
This said, I still prefer BA to any of the other American airlines for seat comfort, service, business lounges (in the UK). In addition BA use terminal 1 and 4 in Heathrow which are much better than terminal 3 and 2 run by other European and American airlines.. a real mess actually MESS LOL
