It also helps to wear a light winter jacket. A cap of some type will keep you from getting quite so cold if you need it. Although IMHO, the cold makes it a more vibrant experience. After working outside in 20 degree weather last winter with 20 - 40 mph winds, driving in 32 F weather was nothing. |
