I know what you mean. For some reason, I find relatively cool summer nights (±15ºC) cooler than relatively warm winter days (±10ºC). Go figure! I am sure this is simply due to the fact that we wear warmer clothes in the winter. I can imagine that you guys in Kuwait wear lighter clothes in 11º-13ºC weather than us in the same kind of temperatures.
