I know what they have in common, they both sell their product at a highly inflated price on the basis that quality and handcrafted skills are at the upmost. Rolex make 1 million watches a year and have a company with roughly 7,000 people. SO each guy is knocking out at least one $5000 watch every 2 days or there using automated processes. consider in a company of 6,000 there's probably 40% actually making watches. i'm not saying I wouldn't buy one.. I'm a little sinicle and like to draw the parallel.
