OK mate that blanking plate that is in the back of the box just pulls out by hand then once thats out give the changer a pull and it should also just simply slide out towards you.
Once its out enough remove the connectors from it and thats it mate is really is as simple as that then to remove the changer from its carrier just undo the screws and release the fiber optic cable from the case then pull out the changer.
Install is as always the reverse of this.
If you do have any probs just give me a shout.
Once you reconnect it do the fiber line first and then as soon as you plug in the second plug press and hold any of the buttons to try and get it to start ejecting before it starts to mess around scanning the disks if it does not work just make sure you say to them that its full of disks and you will be wanting them back maybe if your feeling ambitious you could remove the cover of the changer yourself and remove the disks i have never done that myself but i don't see it being all that hard.
