Sorry to hear easty mate not having a very good week so far pal.

The fuse is on the SAM in the left hand side of the trunk carpet is just held on by those stupid plastic clip thingys once they are out it just pulls out of the car.

If i where you i would not even bother with doing that because the changer comes out so easy it's going to be just as simple to remove it from the glovebox and pull the plug on it that way if it is stuck in a loop that might reset it because once power is restored it should run along all the disks anyways.

Hopefully that will fix it mate if not the stealer will just swap it out anyways they don't bother taking them apart anymore if the reset don't fix it i would still leave it plugged in and powered up because its part of the MOST ring and will stop the COMAND and all that goes along with it from working if it's left unplugged.

Good Luck and shout if you want the instructions to remove the changer its only a few steps.
